Four newly renovated apartments for students, professionals and anyone who needs a real home in Milan, for stays from 3 months. They are on the lower ground floor of Via Luigi Razza 8, an exceptional location on a quiet no-through road, 2 minutes from Repubblica metro (M3) and 10 minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale.
Each apartment reflects one of us. Andreas, our son, chose industrial-chic. Sara, our daughter, brings warm Mediterranean vibes. I (Nina) stay true to my Scandinavian roots, of course, and Simone, born and raised in Milan, created an urban-organic feel.
10-minute walk to Milano Centrale, 2 minutes to Repubblica metro (M3). A more central location with better access to every public transport option is hardly possible.

We take care of your contract, your questions and your stay. Every contract is checked by a recognised property owners’ association, following Milan’s canone concordato rules.

Yes. We designed our apartments in Milan for students, professionals, couples and small families. Simone includes two bedrooms, while Andreas and Sara each offer a one-bedroom layout. The Nina studio apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for one person.
Yes. A private garage space is available for an additional monthly fee. Because availability is limited, we recommend asking about parking when you contact us.
We include building costs, central heating, water and full furnishings. Electricity is billed separately each month at actual consumption. Every apartment has fast fibre Wi-Fi.
Our stays start from 3 months, up to 18 months, for a documented temporary need such as study or work in Milan. Shorter stays are possible on request.
It’s an Italian temporary lease (Art. 5 L. 431/98), made for people who need a home in Milan for a limited time, such as a semester of study or a work project. It lasts up to 18 months and requires a documented reason for your stay, like a university enrolment or a work contract. The rent follows Milan’s canone concordato, an agreed fair rent, and we register every contract with the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate), so you are fully protected.
It’s a fair rent agreed between property owners’ and tenants’ associations in Milan. The rent can’t go above the agreed range for the area and size of the apartment, and every contract is checked by a recognised association. For you, it means a fair, transparent and regulated price.
